Beadeed Chains for Absolute Beginners Workshop

Overview

Using a basic wire technique known as "wrapped eye", students will create beaded links that are joined together to create beaded chains. These links may also be incorporated within commercial chain for an entirely different look . Round wire in an assortment of gauges will be explored. Students will be introduced to basic tools used in wirework as well as the size and types of wire available on the market.

This is a perfect technique for beads with sharp, irregular holes.
