Member Discount Pricing Help

In order to access discount ticket pricing for Friends of 92NY, Collective, 92NY Nexus or other membership pricing, you must be logged in.

Here are the steps:

• While purchasing tickets you may see a "Login to unlock"  to access discounted pricing.  This will take you to a login screen.
• Enter your email, then password to log in.  The email must be the same email used while purchasing the membership.
• If you have an account but forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset it.  Check your spam folders if you’re having trouble finding this email or search for no_reply@92ny.org.

If you need help logging in, you can email login support at loginsupport@92ny.org .

Once you successfully login, you will be sent back the same page where you were prompted to log in, with the discounted price available. 

Possible reasons that a discount price is not available when logged in:

• You have logged in but the membership is expired.  It may be time to renew your membership.
• Your membership was purchased with a different email.  Confirm your membership purchase was with the same email you've logged in with.
• Some benefits have a limited quantity within the year of membership and you may have already used the benefit. For example, $75 members enjoy $25 off one select talk, concert, literary event, or performance and complimentary access to three virtual programs per year. Learn more.
