Showtime’s Dexter: Resurrection — Michael C. Hall, David Zayas, James Remar, Jack Alcott and Kadia Saraf in Conversation with Jessica Shaw

Jul 08, 2025

Join the cast of Showtime’s upcoming original series Dexter: Resurrection – Michael C. Hall, David Zayas, James Remar, Jack Alcott and Kadia Saraf – for a special conversation about the show and Dexter’s big return. The series debuts on Friday, July 11 on Paramount+ with Showtime.

Following a brilliant blood-spatter analyst who led a secret parallel life as a vigilante killer of murderers — played with sinister aplomb by Michael C. Hall — the original award-winning Dexter was a hit with audiences and critics alike, and has continued to expand with the additional series Dexter: New Blood in 2021 and the record-breaking Dexter: Original Sin in 2024.

Dexter: Resurrection, a continuation of New Blood, takes place weeks after Dexter Morgan (Hall) takes a bullet to the chest from his own son, as he awakens from a coma to find Harrison (Jack Alcott) gone without a trace. Realizing the weight of what he put his son through, Dexter sets out for New York City, determined to find him and make things right. But closure won’t come easy.

During a special conversation event, hear Hall, Zayas, Remar, Alcott and Saraf discuss the making of the series — what’s new this season, why the show continues to captivate audiences, stories from the set, and more.
