Calm Connections: Infant Massage and Bonding

Ages 0-5 Months

Nurture your baby and strengthen your bond in this soothing, hands-on class designed for new parents and their babies. Calm Connections offers a peaceful space to connect with your infant while learning gentle massage techniques, calming stretches, and tummy-friendly moves to ease digestion.

Led by a certified Infant Massage Instructor, each session also includes nursery rhymes, playful parent-baby games, and plenty of time to connect with other adults. Whether you're looking to soothe a fussy newborn, support healthy development, or simply enjoy quiet moments together, this class is the perfect start to your parenting journey.
