Learn the fundamentals of wax carving for jewelry. How different waxes can be used and what tools will help you to create and finish a textured band or ring in the first weekend. Your wax piece will be cast during the following week and the second weekend will cover finishing techniques; how to remove the sprue, sanding and polishing. You will walk away with a fully completed piece in metal and understand the lost wax process from start to finish.
