Get back into your gymnastics training routine or simply learn gymnastics basics in this skill-building adult gymnastics class.
Participants set goals for floor, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, rings and single rail bar, based on their experience level, and with guidance from our USAG-certified teachers. All levels welcome.
Please stop by the May Center Welcome Desk on the 3rd floor of 92NY to present your confirmation email and get a wristband before heading up to the Penthouse. Athletes that do not have wristbands will not be permitted to attend class.
