Overview

Our spiritual journeys are each unique and deeply personal, and at the same time often share universal elements. In this four-session workshop, you will write your own spiritual autobiography as a living narrative of your spiritual journey from childhood to the present. We will explore formative life experiences, trace spiritual and religious threads, and how our stories have shaped our own understandings of God or ultimate meaning. We will share our writings with the group (to our level of comfort), discuss what it means to grow spiritually, and conclude by exploring possible next steps. Please plan to set aside 30 minutes, at least five days a week, during the period of this workshop for writing and reflection.
