Dutch Spiral Beadwork

Supply List:
  • Cloth to work on – old pillow case works fine
  • Magnification if needed
  • Notebook and pencil.
  • Supplies needed for 1st project.(additional projects to be discussed in 1st Class)
First Project will be a bracelet:
  • 6/0 Seed Beads - Japanese or Czech - 1 tube
  • 8/0 Seed Beads - Japanese or Czech – 1 tube
  • 11/0 seed bead (Japanese) or 11/0 Delica - 1 tube (1/2 tubes are fine)
  • Should be a contrast color to other 11/0’s
  • 11/0 Seed Beads (Japanese or Czech) 2 tubes for bracelet
  • may be more than one color, if desired
  • Needles: #10 and/or #12 stiff English beading needles
  • Thread: Fireline D (6lb) 50 yard spool is sufficient for project
  • Bee’s wax for thread
  • Wire cutter or scissors for Fireline
