Photographing the NYC at Twilight

Instructor: Stephen Sherman

Welcome New Students,

Twilight can be a wonderful time to get some stunning shots and it works well in both natural and urban settings. There is often a much more subtle play of colors and tones than you would get at sunset, although sunsets can themselves be quite dramatic.

There are some basic rules for getting good exposures at twilight, but a lot of times it takes some trial and error to get the desired result. The first class will meet over Zoom where we will discuss what equipment you will need and camera settings for best results.

Please bring your cameras to the first class.
After the first class we will be at various locations for the following three weeks for the actual shoots.

My contact information is below if you need to reach me or have any questions.

I look forward to meeting you,

Stephen Sherman
