Jun 04, 2025

Spark Your Health is pleased to welcome Postural Therapist and Postural Alignment instructor for 92NY Spark Your Health and Himan Brown classes Joey Zimet, for a lunch-time virtual discussion on how taking steps to improve your postural alignment can improve the health and vibrancy of many other components of your mind and body.

This virtual Spark Your Health talk with Joey Zimet and Katera Kapoor will cover a range of topics such as the foundational elements of postural alignment, how to test your own posture, tips and practical steps to improve your posture, the health benefits that flow from postural correction into other areas of ones’ body, and why it is never too late to begin a postural alignment program or routine. There will be time at the end of the virtual discussion for audience members to ask questions.

Improving one’s posture can positively impact how you stand, move, breathe, and function. This results in feeling better physically AND emotionally as well. The goal is for you to leave with tools and unique insights to help yourself long-term.
