92NY’s Goldman Center for Children and Family provides an exceptional array of programs designed to support children at every stage of their development.
In this poetry workshop we will fuse the personal with the surreal and unconscious.
We will experiment with various forms, rituals, and techniques to bring forth narratives we’ve always wanted to tell and those we didn’t even know were there. The space of the poem will be treated as an opportunity for chance and the new.
Students are chosen on the basis of a manuscript submission. Applications must be received by October 29 at 5 pm. View the submission guidelines and submit an application for this class.
Scholarship assistance is available. Applications must be returned to Scholarship Services at least two weeks before the first session.
