In this modified ballet class that is gentler on the joints, find grace, improved alignment and flexibility, and a joy of dancing in an open and welcoming environment.
This class includes a warm up on mats, followed by barre, center work, and traveling steps. Previous ballet experience is recommended. Live piano accompaniment adds to the enjoyment of the class.
