Cello Beginner

Overview

This class is designed for adults who are absolute beginners, or those coming back to the cello after a long period of time away from the instrument.

From posture and hand position to note reading and basic theory, students will be playing in no time! Please note: Students must provide their own cellos, along with other required materials such as a bow, case, endpin strap or stopper, music stand, and rosin. Please refer to our Instrument Recommendations Document for more information.
