Creating a Personal Sketchbook

Overview

Explore the endless possibilities of maintaining a personal sketchbook, whether it?s a snapshot of your daily life, a record of your travels, or a space to work through creative ideas. This course will inspire you to develop a rewarding sketchbook practice, motivating you to experiment with techniques and materials that relax and challenge you. Each class focuses on a different theme, accompanied by demonstrations using a variety of media, including watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, ink, and collage. Students are encouraged to use whatever materials they have on hand to capture their artistic journey.
