    Overview

    This advanced class is recommended for gymnasts who would like to increase their commitment to the sport of gymnastics.

    At least two days per week is recommended.

    Prerequisite: Pull-over on the bars, cartwheel, back bend to kickover, front limber, lever and side handstand on balance beam. Class recommendation from coach or evaluation.
