    Overview

    Reach the highest level of recreational gymnastics! Advanced Starbright is for dedicated gymnasts looking to perfect their technique, master advanced skills, and perform with confidence. Athletes will refine tumbling, bar skills, beam routines, and vault progressions while building the strength, flexibility, and precision needed for complex skill combinations. Prerequisites: Pull-over, strong cartwheel, back walkover, and lever on the balance beam.
