92NY’s Center for Children and Family provides an exceptional array of programs designed to support children at every stage of their development.
Advanced Starbright is our highest-level recreational gymnastics class. Athletes refine advanced skills while building strength, flexibility, confidence, and precision. Training focuses on advanced tumbling, bar skills, beam routines, vault progressions, and overall technique, preparing gymnasts for more challenging skill combinations and performance quality.
Prerequisites: pull-over, strong cartwheel, back walkover, and lever on the balance beam.
