    Overview

    Girls Beginners is the next level after Girls Introduction to Gymnastics.

    Enrollment requires at least one semester of introductory gymnastics experience. This class builds on foundational skills and focuses on developing cartwheels, bridges, handstands, front supports, casts, chin-up holds, and skills on the vault and balance beam.
