The Music of What Happens: This class will keep Seamus Heaney’s practice of blending sharp imagery with lived experience to make sure the poems you put on the page live up to poems you have in your head. In this four week intensive workshop, we will read a selection of poems each week to highlight an element of craft and focus on workshopping students’ poems for line edits and revision.
