This exciting recreational class combines dance, flexibility, balance, and coordination with the use of colorful apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs. Athletes will build confidence while learning fundamental rhythmic gymnastics skills, expressive movement, and graceful combinations in a supportive and creative environment. Perfect for beginners and returning gymnasts alike!
