Silver Clay (PMC) Ring One Day Workshop

Overview

Make a stunning silver ring in a day even if you’ve never made any kind of jewelry before!  It’s possible with silver precious metal clay.  You will learn the basic techniques of working with this exciting medium and how easy it is to create beautiful jewelry without the heavy lifting required by traditional silversmithing techniques.  These pieces can make beautiful gifts that show off your creativity! You will mold, shape, texture, cut, refine, fire and finish a ring of your own design and walk out of the class wearing it.  You will also walk away with written information on the material covered in class as well as step-by-step instructions on this project and a resource sheet.  This course is for beginners as well as those who wish to brush up on their skills.  All tools and supplies are included in the cost of the class, including 15 grams of silver clay.  Extra clay and supplies will be available for purchase from the instructor.
