Ready, Set, 2s

Overview

Ready, Set, 2s is a full-year, two-day per week program designed for children turning two in January, February and March of 2027.

Running Mondays and Wednesdays from September 2026 through May 2027, this thoughtfully structured experience meets children exactly where they are and grows with them throughout the year.

Mondays are anchored by Parkbench, our signature playgroup class led by a seasoned Parenting Center teacher. Children build language skills, explore classroom routines, and form meaningful peer connections in a warm, familiar setting. In the spring semester, sessions extend in length and include art, sensory play, and other structured experiences — with guided separation opportunities offered for children who show readiness.

Wednesdays bring movement and joy: gym time with the May Center in the Fall and dance with Dance Education Laboratory (DEL) in the Spring. These classes support gross motor development, rhythm, encourage following directions and build coordination — with a parent or caregiver alongside each child throughout the year.
