The Show Tune Social

Overview

with music director and pianist Dan Pardo

Love musical theater? Come sing it with someone who lives and breathes it.

Music director, pianist, and arranger Dan Pardo brings years of experience working on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and in New York piano bars to this relaxed, lively group singing class. Dan made his Broadway debut with Amazing Grace, has worked on productions and workshops including Come From Away, Company, and Fun Home, and served as music director and arranger for John Mulaney’s The Sack Lunch Bunch on Netflix.

Each week, Dan leads the group from the piano through a changing mix of beloved show tunes, contemporary musical theater, hidden gems, and requests from the room. Along the way, he shares stories and insights from his years working in theater, cabaret, and New York’s piano-bar scene.

Come to sing, discover new favorites, and enjoy the fun of making music together. No music-reading experience is required, no solo singing is necessary, and new singers are always welcome.
