How to Register

92NY just launched a new booking system! Thank you for your patience, as we learn to navigate the new platforms.

With the new system, there will be a 2-step process to register for GymMaze Playtime:

1. Purchase Classes: Select and purchase a single session, 5-pack, 10-pack or 20-pack to GymMaze Playtime, so you have classes in your account. Just a reminder — sessions should be bought using the adult account.
2. Register: You can then apply your purchased class(es) to a particular date. This is done via the 92NY Book & Connect App, which you can download from the App Store for iPhone or Android. Learn more about the new 92NY app, including how to log in. When creating your 92NY Book & Connect login, please make sure to use the email associated with your Playtime class purchase to ensure you can easily reserve your spot.

Please note: currently the “Purchase here” link in the app to purchase Playtime classes is not working, but you can always purchase the classes on our registration portal.

Once you have created your 92NY Book & Connect login, you can also register online for a particular date using your app login.

*Friendly tip: If you purchase a 5-pack, 10-pack or 20-pack, it will simplify the registration process for future bookings (since you could skip step 1 next time!)

*For first time purchases, it may take a short time for your passes to be reflected in the app. Someone will be available to help you at the door or you can feel free to email us. If you have questions during the weekend, please contact the 3rd Floor Welcome desk at 212.415.5701.
