Her international performance career includes the honour of opening the 75th D-Day Liberation Commemoration Concert at Notre-Dame de Coutances Cathedral in Normandy, representing the United Kingdom. In London, she became the first Taiwanese musician featured in the Embassy Series at St Martin-in-the-Fields, performing on both piano and cello in representation of Taiwan, and was also featured in the Taiwan Cultural Salon series, sponsored by Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture.

Shu-Wei’s academic profile reflects the same breadth as her artistic career. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Piano and Cello from the University of Colorado Boulder, alongside MMus and BMus (Hons) degrees and Licentiates of the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM) in both instruments.
