The Future of Leadership is Neuroinclusive

Dr. Nancy Doyle in Conversation with Mount Sinai Chief Psychologist Dr. Shilpa Taufique

Jul 16, 2025

With over 50% of Gen Z identifying as neurodivergent and 1 in 5 people across generations living within the neurodivergent spectrum, it’s clear: today’s workplaces are already neurodiverse — whether they recognize it or not. Yet many people still feel the need to mask their neurodivergence to fit in, leading to burnout, invisibility, and missed leadership potential.

Spark Your Health is proud to partner with 92NY’s Women inPower for the first event in a compelling three-part series exploring neurodivergence in today’s complex professional world. This intimate conversation between leading expert in neurodivergence in leadership, Dr. Nancy Doyle, and Mount Sinai Health Systems’ Chief Psychologist, Dr. Shilpa Taufique, will unpack what true inclusion looks like — and how we can move beyond performative gestures to build environments where authenticity and cognitive diversity are truly valued. You’ll walk away with practical strategies to support neurodivergent talent across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment to offboarding — and a deeper understanding of how to shift culture from the inside out.

This event is presented by Women inPower, an initiative of the Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact
