A Community for Rising Leaders
Applications are open for the 2027 cohort of the Women inPower Fellowship—a free, cross-sector program dedicated to advancing professionals to the highest levels of leadership.
Women inPower is dedicated to advancing women-identifying professionals to the highest levels of leadership—and building a future where power is more inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven.
Launched in 2016 as a fellowship program for senior-level leaders, Women inPower has grown into a multi-dimensional platform that now includes public events, a Summit, original research, and expanded pathways to leadership and community. Together, these offerings create space for women to grow, connect, and lead.
Since its founding, Women inPower has supported hundreds of fellows through mentorship, executive training, and a lasting peer network.
And it works: More than half of alumnae have reached the C-suite, landed major promotions or new roles, or significantly increased their compensation after the fellowship.
A Launchpad for Leadership
At the core of Women inPower is our signature Fellowship—a free, yearlong experience that equips senior-level professionals across sectors with the mentorship, training, and peer support they need to rise to the highest levels of leadership.
In 2025, we introduced the Neurodivergent Leaders Cohort, a dedicated track within the Fellowship that celebrates and supports neurodivergent professionals. Alongside leadership development, this cohort is leading Women inPower’s first original research project, producing data and insights that advance inclusive leadership practices across industries. This reflects our belief that diverse perspectives and ways of thinking are critical to building stronger, more innovative workplaces.
