Guitar (Intermediate)

Overview

Intermediate group guitar class is designed for adult guitarists looking to build on their foundational skills. This class, on the Upper East Side, provides a supportive environment where participants can enhance their technique and explore a variety of styles, from rock and blues to folk and jazz. 

Students will focus on developing their playing through advanced chord progressions, fingerpicking techniques, and improvisation exercises. The class will also cover music theory concepts, helping participants understand scales, modes, and harmonization.

Required Instrument & Accessories:

• Guitar appropriate for the class, protective case or gig bag, clip-on chromatic tuner, and guitar strap.
