Our group comprises passionate home cooks who each make the same recipe from one of our four featured cookbooks every week before gathering together online. Beloved cooking instructor and wine expert Annette Tomei leads the discussion, offering guidance and tips plus suggestions for drink pairings (both alcoholic and non), as everyone shares their experiences.
Our new fall group spotlights revered New York City restaurant chefs and establishments. You’ll be cooking recipes from Jody Williams’ Buvette — one of the city’s most adored French bistros and a Travel & Leisure Top 10 New York Restaurant, the legendary Alexander Smalls of Harlem’s Minton’s, world-renowned specialty food store Sahadi’s, and diving into a beloved red sauce for an update on the traditional New York Italian-style classic.
