Because we believe your child should pursue the kinds of experiences they feel most passionate about, we’ve created Academies — one-week summer intensives. Each Academy can be purchased on top of a two-week minimum at Camp Yomi, Camp Ilanot, or Camp Yomi Seniors. **Please note, your child must be enrolled for camp during the week of the Academy.

Baseball Academy

For the camper who loves baseball! Campers will learn all of the basics of America’s pastime — hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding — while using the equipment of contemporary baseball teams. Campers enrolled for Baseball Intensive, will swim daily, as well as experience our adventure course.

Soccer Academy

The perfect opportunity for your budding soccer star! Campers will take a step beyond the fundamentals of soccer learning new technical skills, improving their speed, agility, and quickness, as well as playing daily scrimmages. Lead by some of the best soccer coaches’, campers will be able to ask questions and advance their skills. Campers enrolled for Soccer Academy will swim daily as well as experience our adventure course.

Dance Academy

Join 92NY’s Harkness Dance Center for a week-long intensive focusing on creativity, inclusiveness and having fun while gaining a solid grounding in the fundamentals of dance. Experience a medley of dances from ballet, modern, tap, hip hop dancing, jazz dance, and more. Under the guidance of some of NYC’s best dancers and educators, campers will gain confidence, make life-long friendships and expand their world view as they discover the joys of dance and self-expression.
