What if gratitude were more than a feeling, and could actually change the way you move through the world?
Join media personality, wellness expert and Gratitudeology™ host Jamie Hess for a conversation about her new book, The Gratitude Shift, which is a practical guide to turning gratitude into a tool for resilience, confidence and meaningful change. She is joined by NBC News correspondent Chloe Melas and her mother, legendary journalist and broadcaster Joan Lunden.
Organized around 26 approachable practices, one for each letter of the alphabet, The Gratitude Shift moves beyond familiar advice to explore how gratitude can shape the choices we make, the way we respond to setbacks and the lives we build. Drawing on Hess’s own experience rebuilding her life after addiction, as well as lessons from accomplished guests and leaders, the book offers concrete ways to put those ideas into practice.
Hear Hess, Melas and Lunden discuss what gratitude looks like when life gets complicated, how perspective can become a practice, and why changing the way we pay attention may be one of the most powerful changes we can make.
