How do we move from fear, anger, and alienation toward compassion, connection, and a deeper sense of belonging?
Join renowned meditation teacher and author Sharon Salzberg for a conversation with Rabbi David Ingber about the spiritual practices that help us navigate uncertainty, meet life’s most difficult moments, and remain open to one another.
Drawing on decades of Buddhist practice and the wisdom explored in her new book, Salzberg joins Rabbi Ingber to consider the role of faith when the way forward is unclear, the challenge of responding to suffering with compassion rather than fear, and what it means to put lovingkindness into practice in our everyday lives. Together, they will explore how ancient spiritual traditions can offer guidance for living with greater presence, resilience, and connection in an increasingly divided world.
