The Lauder Family Two’s Program at the 92NY Nursery School

Our 2’s program was specially designed to ignite curiosity and foster growth in your little ones during these critical early years of development. Our Nursery School has been a cornerstone of early childhood education with a focal point on social-emotional development. We accommodate the needs of each child using an individualized approach and our play based curriculum.

At 92NY Nursery School, we believe that every child is a unique individual, and our mission is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages exploration, imagination and learning. Our carefully crafted curriculum is centered around play-based activities, allowing children to discover the world around them through a hands-on approach. Children participate in gymnastics, DEL (Dance Education Lab), and music classes throughout the week.

Our dedicated teachers understand the developmental milestones of two-year olds and are adept at tailoring activities to meet each child’s needs while simultaneously facilitating a community within the classroom. We prioritize a low student- to-teacher ratio, ensuring that every child receives personalized attention, love, and guidance as they embark on their educational journey.

Children engage in a wide range of activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical development including sensory play, art projects, story time and outdoor adventures on our three outdoor play spaces! Our daily schedule is designed to provide a balanced and stimulating experience for your child.

We understand that the transition from home to school can be both exciting and challenging for toddlers and parents. That is why we encourage open communication and collaboration with parents, ensuring that families are actively involved in their child’s learning journey. We value partnering with parents and helping children develop a lifelong love of learning.

Enrollment

Children must have a birthday of May 31, 2027 or before to apply for the 2027-2028 school year. Our Lauder Family Two’s Program students attend school five days per week, 9 am-12 pm.

Application Process

The first step of our admissions process is attending a school tour; parents are granted access to our digital application immediately after attending a tour.

Our school tours are an opportunity to meet our administrators, experience life in our classrooms, learn about our philosophy, curriculum, and more. All tours will last approximately 75 minutes and applications will be shared via email after each tour.
