Financial assistance is available based on economic need, and all inquiries are confidential. For more information about Nursery School financial assistance, please call the 92NY scholarship office at 212.415.5699.
Medical Requirements
The NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene requires that each child have a complete, age-appropriate medical examination. Children will not be permitted to attend school unless the medical form is on file in the office prior to the start of the school year. Medical forms are valid for one year from the date of visit per the Department of Health. All forms need to be signed and dated by your child’s physician with his or her license numbers.
