Anne Hathaway (Solène / Producer) is an Academy Award-winning actor known for her versatility as a performer and producer.  

Hathaway most recently starred in the film She Came to Me, alongside Marisa Tomei and Peter Dinklage, about a composer who suffers writer’s block and rediscovers his passion after an adventurous one-night stand. Other recent works for Hathaway include Armageddon Time, a nostalgic coming-of-age story inspired by director James Gray’s childhood growing up in Queens, New York; and an adaptation of Eileen, Ottessa Moshfegh’s 2015 debut coming-of-age novel, opposite Thomasin McKenzie, that premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. Upcoming, Hathaway will star opposite Jessica Chastain in Mother’s Instinct, directed by Benoît Delhomme, a remake of Olivier Masset-Depasse’s 2018 French-language film, set to be released in 2024. In addition, Hathaway will star opposite Hunter Schafer and Michaela Coel in Mother Mary, directed by David Lowery, which follows the relationship between a fictional musician and a famous fashion designer.

In 2012, Hathaway starred as Fantine in Tom Hoopers’ screen adaptation of the musical phenomenon Les Misérables, a performance that garnered Academy, Golden Globe, SAG and BAFTA Awards for Best Actress. She also earned notable nominations in 2008 for an Academy Award, Golden Globe, and SAG Award for her performance in Jonathan Demme’s critically acclaimed Rachel Getting Married. The National Board of Review, Chicago Film Critics Association, and the Broadcast Film Critics Association all named her Best Actress in this role.   

Hathaway’s additional film credits include Solos, Locked Down, The Witches, The Last Thing He Wanted, Dark Waters, The Hustle, Serenity, Ocean’s Eight, Colossal, Alice in Wonderland, The Intern, Interstellar, Song One, The Dark Knight Rises, One Day, Rio, Valentine’s Day, Get Smart, The Devil Wears Prada, Brokeback Mountain, Ella Enchanted, and The Princess Diaries films. Additional television credits include WeCrashed, Modern Love, Get Real, Family Guy and The Simpsons, for which she received an Emmy Award. 

Hathaway appeared in the Lincoln Center Encore series presentation of Carnival, for which she won the prestigious 57th Annual Clarence Derwent Award. Her additional theatre credits include Grounded and Twelfth Night, both with The Public Theatre. For her performance in Grounded, Hathaway won the 2016 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Solo Show and was nominated for a Drama League Award. For Twelfth Night, Hathaway received a nomination for a Drama Desk Award.

Hathaway was appointed as UN Women’s Global Ambassador in 2016, where she works with the UN Women to foster more positive mindsets and practical arrangements around workplaces that build and support equality for women. She also serves on the advisory board for Lollipop Theater Network, an organization that brings entertainment to hospitals for pediatric patients suffering from chronic or life-threatening illness, and their families.

Cathy Schulman (Producer) is an Academy Award® winning producer who began her career in film in 1987 and is currently the President and CEO of Welle Entertainment, a film and television production company committed to producing content that appeals to diverse audiences, with an emphasis on women and girls. Welle is a leading content supplier and producer for major motion picture studios, networks, and streamers.

In 2022, Schulman produced the epic African female warrior tale The Woman King for TriStar pictures, which stars Viola Davis alongside Thuso Mbedu (The Underground Railroad), Lashana Lynch (No Time To Die), and John Boyega (Star Wars). The film, which was released in theaters on September 16 2022, was directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood (The Old Guard), and went on to receive rave reviews, being called “the best movie of the year” and “a film you need to see.”

On the television side, Schulman recently added screenwriting to her repertoire, serving as showrunner and executive producer of the Showtime series The First Lady, starring Viola Davis, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Gillian Anderson; which premiered on Sunday, April 17, 2022. The series acts as a reframing of American leadership told through the lens of the women at the heart of the White House, with the first season focusing on Eleanor Roosevelt (Anderson), Betty Ford (Pfeiffer), and Michelle Obama (Davis).

In April 2022, Schulman completed pen Road / Amazon’s Memory, directed by Martin Campbell and starring Liam Neeson. Schulman also produced Martin Campbell’s The Foreigner, starring Pierce Brosnan and Jackie Chan. And in 2019, Welle produced the heartfelt YA drama feature film Five Feet Apart and the hit comedy film Otherhood starring Angela Bassett, Patricia Arquette, and Felicity Huffman for Netflix.

Before founding Welle, Schulman served as the Head of Production for STX Entertainment, where she managed the studio’s annual twelve picture slate, including box office hits Bad Moms and the critically acclaimed dramedy Edge of Seventeen. Schulman’s many noteworthy producer credits also include features such as her Oscar Best Picture winner Crash, The Illusionist, and Darfur Now.

Schulman, a vocal activist for gender parity in the screen industries, was the President of Women in Film from 2010-2018. She is the cofounder of Reframe, the industry’s leading systemic change project, where she established the ReFrame stamp, which recognizes productions that are making strides towards female-driven content, gender equality, and representation of women in key production roles. Schulman designed the multi-year Annenberg School gender data project, introduced Unconscious Bias Training to Hollywood and established the WIF sexual harassment hotline. Schulman is a two decade-long Board Member of Film Independent and has served as a Council Member of the Producers Guild of America. She is a member of the Motion Picture Academy and has taught graduate level film producing at UCLA and Chapman, where she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate. Schulman gave the 2016 media address for International Women’s Day at the United Nations. She is a graduate of Yale University, with a double major in Theater Studies and History of Art.

Gabrielle Union (Producer) is an actress, producer, bestselling author, and TIME100 cover honoree. Union stars in and executive produced the Netflix romantic comedy The Perfect Find, released in June 2023, which earned her a NAACP Image Award nomination for her performance. In 2023, Union also executive produced her BET+ docuseries My Journey to 50, which chronicles her time in Africa celebrating her heritage and 50th birthday. She recently wrapped production on the crime comedy Riff Raff, alongside Dustin Hoffman, Jennifer Coolidge and Brian Cox.

Union starred in the A24 drama The Inspection, opposite Jeremy Pope, which premiered to acclaim at the 2022 Toronto Film Festival ahead of its theatrical release. For her supporting performance in the role of Inez French, she was nominated for a Gotham and Independent Spirit Award. Union is also featured alongside Octavia Spencer in Season 3 of Apple TV+’s Truth Be Told, as well as in the Walt Disney Pictures animated film Strange World, released in 2022.

In 2021, Union released her children’s book, Shady Baby, with her husband Dwyane Wade. The follow-up, Shady Baby Feels, debuted in 2022. Union’s autobiographical books, We’re Going to Need More Wine: Stories That Are Funny, Complicated and True, and You Got Anything Stronger? both became New York Times bestsellers.

In 2018, Union formed her production company, I’ll Have Another, with the goal of telling authentic stories that feature the points of view of marginalized communities. I’ll Have Another develops broadcast, cable, and streaming series for television, as well as feature films.

Union pioneers businesses centered around inclusion, accessibility, and affordability. In 2020, she launched her haircare brand, Flawless by Gabrielle Union, and, in 2021, Union and her husband co-founded PROUDLY, a baby care brand specially formulated to meet the unique needs of Black and brown babies and their extra-special skin. She is also a co-founder of the healthy children’s snack brand Bitsy’s.

Union’s film and TV highlights include Cheaper by the Dozen, Think Like a Man, Bad Boys II, Deliver Us from Eva, Love & Basketball, 10 Things I Hate About You, She’s All That, and Bring It On, as well as Being Mary Jane and LA’s Finest.

Jordana Mollick (Producer) is the Co-Founder & President of Development and Production at the powerhouse production company Semi-Formal Productions, which she and director/producer Michael Showalter joined forces to form in 2018.

Most recently for film, through Semi-Formal Productions, Mollick produced Spoiler Alert, a Focus Features film adaptation of journalist Michael Ausiello’s 2017 bestselling memoir, starring Sally Field and Jim Parsons, and executive produced the two-time Oscar-winning film The Eyes of Tammy Faye. This intimate look behind the extraordinary rise, fall, and redemption of televangelist Tammy Faye Bakker earned Jessica Chastain a Best Actress Academy Award for her portrayal of the title role.

During her tenure at Semi-Formal Productions Mollick earned an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series for her work as executive producer on the six-time Emmy-nominated limited series The Dropout, starring Amanda Seyfried, for Hulu. She also executive produced The Shrink Next Door, starring Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd, for Apple TV+, and I Love That For You, starring Vanessa Bayer, for Showtime. She produced The Lovebirds, starring Kumail Nanjiani and Issa Rae for Netflix, and executive produced the documentary It Started as a Joke, which premiered at SXSW in 2019.

Prior to forming Semi-Formal Productions with Showalter, Mollick co-founded Black Sheep Management and Productions, which then merged with Haven Entertainment, where she was a partner. Mollick has a background in theater, film, television, and literary management and is also the producer behind projects such as Life Partners, for Magnolia Pictures; Night Owls, for Orion Pictures; and Hello My Name is Doris, for Sony, for which Mollick won the Independent Spirit Producer Award.

Her upcoming television projects include A24’s adaptation of number one true crime podcast The Girlfriends, and the new original drama series Happy Face, for Paramount+.
